At The Vital Co., we take great care in delivering your products. However, if you receive a wrong product or a defective product, we offer an exchange only policy.

Eligibility for Exchange:

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product by contacting us at support@thevitalco.in with order details and product photos as proof.

No return No refund

We do not provide Return & Refunds. Only exchanges are allowed in case of wrong or defective products received.

Exchange Process:

Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a replacement for you at the earliest.
